The Vacancy
Our Rents and Service Charge Team are looking for two new people to join us!
Are you passionate about rent and service charges, have a good understanding of the Government Rent Standard and Service Charge Legislation then this could be the role for you!
You will thrive on the analysis and presentation of complex data, asking questions and presenting this back to in a business focused and user-friendly way.
Working with your colleagues will be key to set budgets, understanding variances and ensuring compliance to the relevant standards.
